"In the Courts of Kosmos!" Part 1 of 2. Script by Kurt Busiek. Pencils by Mark Bagley. Inks by Scott Hanna. Cover by Mark Bagley and Scott Hanna. Just as the Thunderbolts were surrendering to the Avengers last issue, they disappeared in a brilliant flash of light! Where did they go? The five T-Bolts have been swept across time and space into another dimension that Atlas knows very well: Kosmos! Why did the Kosmosians abduct them? Evidently, the alien race fears an invasion from Kang the Conqueror! And their ruler thinks the Thunderbolts are agents of Kang! And all allies of the Conqueror must be killed! Oh boy, what a mess! How will the T-Bolts survive on Kosmos, much less get back to Earth? Cameo appearances by Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and the Thing. Thunderbolts Lineup: Atlas, Jolt, MACH-1, Moonstone, and Songbird. (Notes: Atlas previously escaped from Kosmos in Thunderbolts Annual 1997. This issue features a gatefold cover.) 32 pages.
