The Thunderbolts are in major turmoil after recent tumultuous events. Sadly, Atlas and his ionic body dissipated into the atmosphere after the skirmish with Scourge. And during the same clash, most of T-Bolts' headquarters was destroyed. However on the other hand, the team is overjoyed to see Jolt again! And after a short celebration, they make plans to hunt down Scourge. A while later at Denver International Airport, the Justice like Lightning heroes locate their quarry! The fired up T-Bolts get their man; but at the end, a frustrated Jolt spills the beans on Hawkeye. Hallie reveals that Clint lied to them about securing pardons. There was never a deal with the federal government. Where do the former Masters of Evil go from here? Cameo appearances by Sharon Carter, G.W. Bridge, Ogre, Andrea Sterman, Roger Aubrey, John Watkins III (as Citizen V), Smuggler, Beetle (aka Leila Davis), and Meteorite (aka Valerie Barnhardt). 32 pages.
