The T-Bolts are aghast at the deplorable conditions on the war-torn planet, but they have a bigger problem at the moment! Namely, Baron Heinrich Zero and the Thunderbolts of Counter-Earth! Meanwhile in Pittsburgh, Hawkeye and his band of prison escapees try to lay low and avoid the Guardsmen. Cameo appearances by Roger Aubrey, Elisabeth Barstow, and John Watkins III (aka Citizen V). Thunderbolts Lineup: Atlas (via Dallas Riordan), Fixer, Jolt, MACH-3, and Moonstone. 32 pages.
